Please, before providing us with your Personal Data (the "Data") take a moment to read the following Privacy Notice (the "Notice") in which we inform you, in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals (the "Law") and its Regulations (the "Regulations"), about how and for what purposes we treat your personal information.

If you provide us with Data we understand that you agree with the terms of this Notice, the purposes of the processing of your Data, as well as the means and procedure that we make available to you to exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition in section VI of this Privacy Notice.

The capitalized terms included in this Notice are understood to refer to the definitions contained in the Law, the Regulations or those established in this Notice.

I. Responsible

II. Purpose

The Data collected is processed for the following purposes (the "Purposes"): - We collect your Personal Data for:

• To manage and operate the services offered.

In the event that we enter into an agreement with you in connection with a service offered by us, your Data will be used for the fulfillment of the obligations arising from that legal relationship. In the event that we do not enter into an agreement with you, the Data you have provided to us will be blocked and subsequently deleted.

Information that has been blocked may be retained for the period necessary to comply with legal provisions such as tax or commercial nature and then deleted.

III. Data Obtained

We collect your personal data directly when you request any of our services as a Logistics Operator, when you provide them to us by various means; in order to provide you with any logistics service. The data we obtain by this means may be, among others:

• Name or corporate name
• Federal Taxpayers Registry (RFC)
• Unique Population Registry Code (CURP), if applicable
• Place and Date of Birth
• Address
• E-mail address
• Signature
• Photos and images on security cameras
• Fingerprints
• Your financial data such as bank and interbank account numbers, and tax credit numbers.
• Etcetera

The treatment of this personal data requires, according to article 8 of the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals, and 15 of its Regulations, the express written consent of its owner, because it is sensitive data and patrimonial content, so I agree to the treatment of the referred data, based on the purposes set forth in section II of this Privacy Notice.

These Data are essential for the provision of our services and billing, if any, and will be processed only for the purposes set forth in this Notice.

IV. Data Transfers

Based on Articles 36 and 37 of the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals, the Data may be lawfully transferred for the Purposes set forth in this Privacy Notice to holding companies, subsidiaries or affiliates under the common control of the controller, or to a parent company or any company of the same group of the controller that operates under the same internal processes and policies.

V. Data Protection

The protection of Personal Data is guaranteed and they are protected by administrative, technical and physical security measures to prevent their loss, alteration, destruction, use, access or improper disclosure.

VI. Arco Rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition and revoke your consent for the processing of your Data (ARCO rights) by submitting a request at: Kilómetro 1 Carretera Manzanillo - Minatitlán number 52, Colonia Tapeixtles, Manzanillo or by electronic means as set forth below: info@alianza.com.mx.

Such request must contain at least: (a) your full name; (b) indicate whether the request is submitted in person or through your representative, (c) your address, (d) your telephone number;(e) indicate whether you agree that the notifications we make in connection with your request shall take effect through the email you provide us; (f) the clear and precise description of the Personal Data with respect to which you request to exercise any of the ARCO rights, (g) if applicable, your express manifestation to revoke the consent to the processing of your Data; (h) any other element that facilitates the location of your Data (date on which the Data was provided to us, identification number of the event held, person who attended you, areas involved) and (i) the documents that prove your identity and/or personality with power of attorney.

Remember that in accordance with the Law, in order to process your request you must previously prove your identity or personality through personal attendance by presenting an original and copy of your official identification and/or power of attorney.

When submitting requests for Access and Rectification and if you reside outside the Federal District may submit the request electronically attaching a digitized copy of your official identification and / or power of attorney and wait for our news with instructions to proceed. Likewise, the holder guarantees that the data provided are reliable, accurate and complete, for which he/she is responsible for any damages due to falsehood or impersonation. In the case of requests for rectification, you must attach the documents proving the request and the specific Data you wish to modify. Said documents must be submitted in original and copy for comparison.

The rest of the procedure will be processed in accordance with the terms and stages established in the Law.

VII. Privacy of Minors

We do not provide services to or approve requests for services from minors. Accordingly, we do not establish or maintain records of Data from any minor of whom we are aware. However, if we discover that we have received Data or personal information from a person who indicates that he or she is a minor, or from any other person we have reason to believe is a minor, we will delete such Data as required by law.

In the event that the minor fraudulently pretends to be of legal age, he/she shall be subject to the corresponding liabilities of any nature.

We ask parents to supervise their children while they are online or making phone calls.

VIII. Consent

When applicable, if you do not express your opposition for your Data to be treated in the terms indicated in this Notice, it will be understood that you have given your consent to do so.

IX. Cookies and Web Beacons

Please note that we do not use cookies or web beacons on our website to collect personal information.

X. Complaints and Denunciations
